Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching/Training

All Koç University academic and administrative staff are welcome to participate in staff exchange program at UNIC partners.

How does Staff Mobility for Teaching/Training work within UNIC?

Staff Mobility for teaching and training is encouraged within the UNIC Network in order to facilitate cooperation opportunities, network building and best practice sharing among staff members.

There are various ways that staff mobility can be realized within UNIC Network. While Faculty and Administrative Staff members can take the initiative to arrange a visit to one of the UNIC partners, they can also apply for Erasmus+ Mobility program for Staff Mobility and realize their mobility as part of the Erasmus+ program.

What’s Erasmus Staff Mobility for Teaching/Training?

FACULTY EXCHANGE: STAFF MOBILITY FOR TEACHING ASSIGNMENTS (STA): Erasmus+ enables university academic staff to spend teaching periods at the partner universities via bilateral agreements in which the staff mobility for teaching assignments is foresee. Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement between Koç University and respective UNIC partner is required for academic staff mobility program.

 

STAFF EXCHANGE: STAFF MOBILITY FOR TRAINING (STT): Erasmus+ enables university administrative staff to take part in professional development activities job shadowing, observation periods, professional development courses or specific competence-building events. Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement is not required for training staff mobility program.

Who are the UNIC partners which I can teach/train in scope of Faculty/Staff Exchange?

For teaching staff mobility, bilateral agreement between Koç University and respective UNIC partner is required. On the other side, for training staff mobility, bilateral agreement is not required.

What is the duration of the staff mobility?

Staff mobility within UNIC network requires minimum of 5 days stay at the host institution.

Can I receive Erasmus+ grant for staff mobility at UNIC universities?

Staff who are placed at UNIC universities will be eligible for Erasmus+ grant. For more information about the grant and grant procedures, please visit here.
