With Erasmus+ KA103 Mobility Programme, administrative or academic staff of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) can have a training mobility at KU. Training mobility between the staff members of two higher education institutions holding an Erasmus Charter is possible without an inter-institutional agreement.
A training period must last a minimum of 2 days and cannot last more than 2 months. This excludes travelling time.
The mobility can comprise of training, job shadowing, staff weeks or observation activities.
With a variety of administrative offices and 500+ staff members, KU is a reasonable choice for a HEI staff’s training mobility.

Erasmus International Credit Mobility Programme – in short: Erasmus + ICM –offers the HEI staff a chance to go on an Erasmus+ mobility outside of Europe. KU OIP calls the Erasmus+ ICM scheme “Erasmus+ Worldwide” as it extends beyond Europe, allowing for mobility from and to other parts of the world.
Through the Erasmus+ ICM projects, staff members of our partner institutions can visit KU fully funded by the European Commission. The participation in an Erasmus+ ICM progmamme offers the opportunity to get to know different perspectives on professional life and share best practices within one’s field of experience.
The mobility can comprise of training, job shadowing, staff weeks or observation activities.
