We’re really pleased to announce that Koç University will be holding a Study Abroad Fair & Partner Day on 20 – 21 April, 2017. We would like to invite you to directly promote your institutions and engage with our students.
Aim of the Fair
There has always been a great interest from our students in studying abroad and we would like to offer the chance to even more students. In order to be able to meet demand, we have worked closely with our partners to create opportunities abroad for all our students. Therefore, we would like to welcome colleagues from our partners to give them a chance to meet their prospective students at the Study Abroad Fair.
On the Partner Day, our partners will have the opportunity to experience first-hand Koç University learning and campus environment, explore our campus including student accommodation, learn more about our facilities & student services, and share views during discussion rounds.
Who are the participant universities?
At the fair, we will be welcoming our following partner universities:
Who is the week aimed at?
We are hoping to be able to welcome staff who work closely with students when they are choosing their destinations as to where they may wish to study abroad. Please note that we are planning to accept one staff member per university. So, if you think this would be more relevant for other colleagues from your university, please pass this information on to them.
How do I apply?
The draft program attached. We need you to complete the form in the link below. We are very happy to accept applications from potential new Erasmus+ partners too, however, we will prioritise existing partners and those which offer a large range of undergraduate modules taught in English. We are hoping to welcome representatives from 20 – 25 universities in total.
What is the deadline for me to apply?
We have extended our deadline by 10th March 2017. We are still happy to accept applications after this date if we have places available.
Is there a fee to attend the Study Abroad Fair & Partner Day?
No, there is no fee to attend the fair. Accommodation and airport transfers will be provided free of charge. However, visiting staff members will need to arrange their own travel expenses. If you are planning to attend the fair through Erasmus+ Staff Funding, please contact me for further details.
How can I book accommodation?
Once you RSVP by February 28, we will get back to you to confirm that we are able to offer you a place on our fair with information on your accommodation and transfer details.
