Study Abroad Fair 2021

As Office of International Programs, we are thrilled to invite you to take part in our very first Virtual Study Abroad Fair. Our aim is to connect our students directly with the representatives of partner universities and to increase awareness on the diverse mobility opportunities with our esteemed partners all around the world.

The fair will be held on January 26, 2021 with two separate sessions: between 10 am – 12 pm and between 4 pm – 6 pm, UTC +3 (İstanbul local time), and virtual through Microsoft Teams. Each university will have a virtual booth (channel) and Koc University students will be able to visit each booth to talk with representatives and ask their questions.

 

Detailed Information for our Partner Universities:

If you will represent one of our partner universities at the Fair, please RSVP by completing this form by December 15, 2020.

Once you are registered, please send us the promotional materials through the link here until January 8, 2021 so that we can start preparing your virtual booth for the Fair.

Further information on the Fair and a Microsoft Teams user manual will be provided to participants later.

Detailed Information for Koc University Students:

The Virtual Study Abroad Fair is open to all KU students who are interested in participating in an exchange program. At the Fair, you will have the opportunity to:

  • learn about the study abroad opportunities that KU offers to its students,
  • talk to partner university representatives, view their brochures, and watch their videos / presentations,
  • and talk to returned KU exchange students to find about the universities and countries you’re interested in.

The partner universities that will join the fair will be announced later. As a KU student, just save the date and stay tuned for the updates on KU Daily and our website!
