Erasmus+ KA103 is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe.
With the support of Erasmus+ KA103 Programme, academic staff of higher education institutions (HEIs) can do a teaching or training placement abroad and administrative staff of HEIs can undertake training, job shadowing or observation period at an institution holding Erasmus Charter, such as Koc University.

Mobilities in the scope of Erasmus+ KA103 can only take place within Programme Countries.

If you consider participating a teaching mobility at KU, please make sure to check if your home institution and KU have an inter-institutional agreement for teaching mobility, and if yes, the departments that are covered on the agreement.
Please click here to see if your home institution and KU are partners or not, and eligible departments for mobility if applicable.
If your home university and KU don’t have an inter-institutional agreement and you would like to conduct a teaching mobility at KU, it may be possible to sign an inter-institutional agreement. To be able to form a collaboration covering teaching mobility, we need the approval of the relevant College or Graduate School after thoroughly reviewing your home institution’s curriculum. Therefore, finalizing agreement may take up to 2 months. Please plan your mobility accordingly.
You can check the Colleges and Graduate Schools at KU in here for a Teaching Mobility.
With a variety of administrative offices and 500+ staff members, KU is a reasonable choice for one’s training mobility.
Training mobility between the staff members of two higher education institutions holding an Erasmus Charter is possible without an inter-institutional agreement.
