In our ever-more interconnected world, effective leaders are in high demand — especially leaders who can drive innovative solutions to complex global challenges in virtual and remote work environments. University students and professionals need training in the skills that will propel them to new heights of leadership and innovation, enabling them to collaborate with diverse people from around the globe, and to leverage this diversity as an asset and a competitive edge.
CIL’s Global Leadership and Innovation (GL&I) Virtual Program answers the call. Grounded in empirical research on what makes successful global leaders and innovators, GL&I delivers key global leadership and innovation skills through a combination of highly interactive virtual learning, project-based simulations, discussions, and reflections.
The Global Leadership & Innovation Virtual Program is a two-week interactive online training ground for aspiring individuals.

749 USD If 5 students enroll in the program, each enrolled student will receive a discount of 150 USD, 6 students and above will receive a 200 USD discount. Please contact with cil@berkeley.edu for detailed information

OIP does NOT provide a scholarship for this program.
