In our globalized and interconnected world, there is an increasing demand for effective leaders and innovative solutions to complex challenges. Students need opportunities to gain practical skills for leading and collaborating with others who are different than them in order to solve complex problems creatively.
The Robertson Center for Intercultural Leadership’s Global Leadership and Innovation Program at UC Berkeley equips students with tangible skills to effectively lead and work on innovative global teams.
The Global Leadership and Innovation Program is grounded in empirical research on what makes successful intercultural leaders and innovators. Through a combination of experiential activities, simulations, discussions, and reflection, students will make gains in the following areas:
  • Strengthen skills for effectively leading culturally diverse teams.
  • Build innovation skills to stay competitive in the global marketplace.
  • Develop knowledge of key concepts and competencies related to global leadership and innovation.
  • Enhance understanding of how cultural differences impact performance.
  • Understand the brain science behind effective leadership and innovation.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion. There is no credit transfer available.
