Then get ready to apply for your abroad experience!
Nomination deadlines run from February through March for programs running in summer, but you need to start your application much earlier for certain universities.

There are several steps in applying, including:

2. Submitting supporting documents and information required during the application will include:

3.Application to partner university after applicants are nominated by Koç University. Please apply at least 3 days before the given application deadline for the universities

4. It is mandatory to get approval from your faculty if you are planning to transfer the credits for courses and submit the copy of approved course equivalency form if you will transfer the courses

Note: The application procedures can vary depending on your chosen program and destination.

Selection Process

Summer Exchange programs are competitive. There may not be enough spots for all applicants and decisions are not made on a first come, first served basis. Applications are reviewed by an Exchange Programs selection committee and selection is based on the following:

 

Your CGPA  75%
Your TOEFL Score  25%

 

Please check fact sheets before you apply, some universities may require additional costs or fees. For some universities tuition fees are waived for our students but some of them may only offer discount for tuition fee!

Dates: Term 1: In 2019 the dates are: Term 1, July 2nd-July 19th and term 2, July 22nd-August 9th. 
Courses:  Some courses (mostly within the natural sciences and health) will run on dates that do not fit this frame. The final course list will be ready in December so alterations should be expected until then. It is not expected that  further courses to be added to the list.

Credits: All of our courses are either 5 or 10 ECTS. A student can take up to two courses but the courses cannot have overlapping dates. Thus, students can take from 5 ECTS to 20 ECTS.
Min GPA 2.20 - If you are applying for admission to AU Summer University courses at Master level, you must hold a Bachelor's degree (or as a minimum have obtained 180 ECTS in your study programme) by the time of application deadline.

Dates: Module 1: June 24th to July 12th 2019-Business and Politics Module
Application Deadline: May 1st, 2019
Credits: Each module consists of 48 contact hours, equivalent to 6 ITAM credits. It is expected that students will enroll in a minimum of 12 ITAM credits. Students should consult the academic advisors at their home institutions regarding prerequisites for the accreditation of each subject towards their own study program. Admission is limited to insure small class sizes, as well as to insure a balance of Mexican and international students in each Business course. Fees:All students need to confirm their place with a 100€ registration online. This is the only fee paid to Kedge, and enables us to make sure we aren’t holding places for students who cancel at the last minute. Students would need to cover their housing costs, travel and insurance, and meals (with the exception of 1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 dinner which we provide during each “package”.
